Miller Chou brings a distinguished track record of leadership across multiple technology firms. Prior to his current roles, he was the Chairman of Hang Jian Technology Co., Ltd., Hua Hong International Co., Ltd., and Dongguan Aeon Tech Co., Ltd. His vast experience in venture capital investments has been instrumental in fostering the development of technology startups in Asia. Mr. Chou holds an associate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Minghsin University of Science and Technology.
Vivien Tsao brings a wealth of experience in corporate finance and administration, and technology manufacturing operations to her role. Prior to becoming CEO, Ms. Tsao served as the COO and CFO of Wha Yu Industrial Co., Ltd, and as a Board Director at Hang Jian Technology Co., Ltd. With over twenty years at Wha Yu and including M.gear US, she possesses deep insights into the company’s operations, strengths, and capabilities. Ms. Tsao holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Chung Yuan Christian University.
Smith Chen, CSO of M.gear, brings 20 years of experience in communication RF antenna industry and 10 years of R&D management. Specializing in product structure design and manufacturing processes, he steers M.gear's strategic and technical direction, partners with customers, and expands market reach. Skilled in reliability analysis and industry trends, he offers comprehensive solutions. He holds a Master's in Mechanical Engineering from the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology.
Jonah Kao is the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Vice President of Smart IoT at M.gear. He has extensive experience in sales and marketing, product line management, project management, and product development in the telecommunications industry. Mr. Kao earned his Executive Master of Business Administration from National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, Taiwan.
Wythe Wang is the Vice President of Sales for M.gear. He earned a degree in Computer Science from the New York Institute of Technology. Before joining M.gear, Mr. Wang served as the Sales VP of Master Wave Corporation and Project Manager of Wha Yu Industrial Ltd.
Casey Hu, VP of M.gear US, has extensive experience in product marketing, manufacturing, and business development. He has a proven track record in managing sales and partnerships. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and an MBA in Business Administration and Management.
Sam Chen holds a PhD in Electronic Engineering from Taipei University of Technology, specializing in Radio Frequency and Antenna Design. He heads M.gear's System Product Group, driving innovation in large-scale, streamlined, multi-technology, and RF integration for enterprise, industrial, and consumer product development. With over 20 years in the electronics industry, he has served as an R&D engineer at Lite-On and HTC, focusing on cell phone RF circuit development and antenna design. He also led Qilixin Group's Antenna BU as Director, managing Sales and Production.
Now leading M.gear’s Manufacturing Business Unit, Hero Tsen brings extensive technology and industry experience, previously serving as President at Fly-Go Technology, Executive Vice President at Master Wave Corporation, and R&D Assistant Manager at Joymax Electronics. He holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Minghsin University of Science and Technology.
